Meeting your daily goal releases your selected apps. To take a day off, choose Skip today on Today. To stop blocking altogether, open App blocking → Turn off blocking. If you set a PIN, follow the prompt.

With microphone listening enabled, practice can continue while the screen is locked. Without listening, keep PlayBefore open while timing. A call or Siri can interrupt listening; check the timer and resume when you’re ready.

Listening and saving a recording are separate choices. Leave Record audio off to practice without saving sound. When you do record, you can listen back or delete the recording in Progress.

The iPhone app is coming soon. The download link will appear on the homepage once it’s available.

After launch, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple Account. Apple handles billing: manage or cancel a subscription or request a refund. There’s nothing to buy on this website.
