How it works

From picking apps
to picking up your instrument.

  1. Choose what can wait.

    Set a daily practice goal. Pick the apps to block, or leave blocking off and just use the timer.

  2. Press play and practice.

    A few minutes now and a few later all count. Turn on recording if you’d like to listen back.

  3. Pick up where you left off.

    When you reach your goal, your selected apps open again. See the days you played in Progress.
